I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which was much larger than expected for the price. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke, but it was a bit challenging to move a wheelchair around. The service, while friendly and accommodating, could use improvement in customer service at the front desk. The location was convenient and well-lit, providing a sense of safety during my long hospital visits. The dining experience was satisfactory, although more breakfast options would have been appreciated.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I received wasn't clean and was located at the back of the building without parking, making it quite inconvenient. However, the staff, especially Lakeesha, went above and beyond to assist me, despite some other employees lacking in customer service skills. The location was convenient with various dining options nearby, but the area felt a bit sketchy. The dining experience was average but could have offered more variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
